Terms of Service

Dine Dash is a speed-dining rewards app. Diners create an account (by email, or via Sign in with Apple or Google), scan the QR code at their table at a participating restaurant, order through the app, and receive an automatic discount applied directly at checkout based on how quickly they finish their meal. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dine Dash. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 require parental consent.

Using Dine Dash as a diner requires creating an account. Account creation is free. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your bill is charged when you tap Pay, with your speed discount applied automatically at checkout based on your dining tier. You may optionally add funds to an in-app wallet via Stripe to use toward future orders. Discounts are calculated automatically by the App and may not be combined with other offers unless a restaurant expressly permits this. Dine Dash is not responsible for errors made by restaurant staff at the point of sale.

Restaurant owners may sign up for a Dine Dash business account to list their venue, manage their menu, and receive Stripe Connect payouts for diner payments. Restaurant accounts require an active subscription, purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; we do not process subscription cancellations directly. Stripe Connect fees apply to all diner payments and are deducted before payout in line with Stripe's pricing. Dine Dash reserves the right to suspend restaurant accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the discount system

You agree not to:

Manipulate timers, QR codes, or session data to obtain discounts you have not legitimately earned. Create multiple accounts to abuse any promotional offers. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others. Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the App or its servers.

The Dine Dash name, logo, and all content within the App are the exclusive property of Dine Dash. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Dine Dash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including losses arising from missed discounts due to technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dine Dash's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
